The next section will be a market analysis. This analysis should include information on your target segment or potential clients, etc.  This section should also include information about local potential buyers, customers from the private sector and public sector. Other resources that you will want to list in this section include the contact information for suppliers and service providers and so on.

The remaining sections of your Business Plan should include a section on implementation plan, sales strategy, financial forecasts and assumptions.

Financial Forecasts: Include cash flow projections, purchases, income from sales, ongoing expenses like taxes and gains and losses from sales.  Be sure to include a salary for yourself if you plan to pay yourself.  Generally, I would recommend a monthly projection for 12 months and an annual project for 5 years.
