  TRANSPORT AND TAXI PERMIT APPLICATION AND PROCEDURE   To apply for a taxi and other domestic permit, you must submit the following documents: • Completed and signed application form • Recently certified copy of identity document • Signed motivation letter • Permit application fee of N$10.00 Processing time of applications is 4 to 6 months. Upon approval of the domestic permit, a fee of N$100.00 per vehicle is payable.
